PokerWordpressThemes.org: The domain name “PokerWordpressThemes.org”, URL (uniform resource locator), website, material, content, intellectual property, systems and staff/contractors and sponsors associated with PokerWordpressThemes.org .

Free Poker Wordpress Themes: Free of cost themes provided at the PokerWordpressThemes.org website

Webmaster: Person of party that has downloaded or used a Wordpress theme from PokerWordpressThemes.org.

Footer Credit Links: Text links referencing PokerWordpressThemes.org and any sponsor/s. These text links are printed in the footer area of each of the Free Poker Wordpress Themes.

Agreement

This agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to a Webmaster's use of the Free Poker Wordpress Themes. If this agreement is terminated, Webmaster must cease using the Free Poker Wordpress Themes available at PokerWordpressThemes.org.

This agreement becomes applicable when a Webmaster successfully downloads or uses any one of the Free Poker Wordpress Themes offered at PokerWordpressThemes.org.

PokerWordpressThemes.org and Webmaster are not in a business relationship.

PokerWordpressThemes.org is free to offer this opportunity to any Webmaster.

Webmaster declares that Webmaster is legally entitled to make use of PokerWordpressThemes.org.

Webmaster hereby applies to use the PokerWordpressThemes.org Free Poker Wordpress Themes as per this agreement.

Webmaster WILL NOT REMOVE the PokerWordpressThemes.org Footer Credit Links from the Free Poker Wordpress Themes. This is strictly forbidden and will result in serious legal penalties to Webmaster. If Webmaster feels that the Footer Credit Links are not appropriate or that they violate any applicable laws, then Webmaster may not use the Free Poker Wordpress Themes.

Webmaster will hold PokerWordpressThemes.org harmless in relation to any damage or loss that Webmaster may incur as a result of Webmaster’s use of PokerWordpressThemes.org.

Webmaster agrees to fully compensate PokerWordpressThemes.org for any loss or damage that PokerWordpressThemes.org may incur as a result of Webmaster’s conduct.

PokerWordpressThemes.org offers this services on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without guarantees of any kind. PokerWordpressThemes.org does not guarantee that PokerWordpressThemes.org will be fit or suitable for any purpose.

PokerWordpressThemes.org reserves the right to prohibit or stop Webmaster from using PokerWordpressThemes.org if PokerWordpressThemes.org believes Webmaster has breached any provisions of this agreement.

PokerWordpressThemes.org’s failure to enforce a particular term or condition herein does not constitute a waiver of the same.

This agreement and services at PokerWordpressThemes.org may change at any time. Changes will be posted at the PokerWordpressThemes.org website. Webmaster will immediately be subject to any such changes.

If it is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction that any provision contained in this agreement is illegal or unenforceable, such determination shall solely affect the subject illegal or unenforceable provision and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions in this agreement.

This agreement supersedes any and all negotiations, understandings or agreements, whether written or verbal, between PokerWordpressThemes.org and Webmaster regarding the subject matter hereof. This agreement may not be changed nor modified, nor may any provision hereof be waived, except in writing by PokerWordpressThemes.org.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canberra ACT, Australia. Webmaster hereby submits to the Jurisdiction of Canberra ACT, Australia law.
